About Partnership
Living Healthy is a community partnership that encourages
people to learn about heart disease risks and simple ways to address
them. Under the banner of X Marks the Spot, the Living Healthy collaborative promotes walking as a means to reduce waistlines and, thus, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Living Healthy is convened and coordinated by TEAMwork for Quality Living,
a grassroots nonprofit organization dedictaed to improving the health
and quality of life for the residents of Delaware County.
